Dear Gossip,
Hello there.
I'm Yayoi, live in Tokyo, Japan.
I want to say, "Thank you". The show in Tokyo was amazing.
I was totally impressed by your performance.
Beth asked us, "What do you say "Fagot" in Japanase?" at the show.
We answered "OKAMA". Then, we shouted "OKAMA! OKAMA! OKAMA! OKAMA!"
and I was pleased to do that. Okama is a negative word like fagot sometimes.
You know, the word has power. I felt good vibrations and that would
spread all over Japan. Thank you!
We have a word "Bian" which means lesbian. I think that "Bian" resembles "Dyke".
Lesbian called "rezu (lez)" sometimes and cast aspersions on lesbians.
Then, young lesbians started to use "Bian", and now "Bian" is a common word used
by lesbians. Cool isn't it?
Lot's of Love,
Yayoi
